Black Diamond Property Maintenance has been providing maintenance/repair and landscaping services at my home for the past several years. The latest task included removal of a chimney, which penetrated two roofs, as part of a new roof installation. Black Diamond handled all required coordination with my roofing contractor. Black Diamond has performed many repairs/upgrades, both interior and exterior (i.e., interior wall/ceiling repair, exterior wall repair, painting, lawn care/maintenance, etc.).
