Justin was great! I hired his company, upon recommendation of trusted neighbors, to clear a ton of brush from my property, including dead/fallen trees — much of which was not easy to physically get to. He was reliable and trustworthy, such that I felt comfortable not being present (out of town) when the work was performed. I highly recommend Black Diamond Property maintenance.

Black Diamond Property Maintenance has been providing maintenance/repair and landscaping services at my home for the past several years. The latest task included removal of a chimney, which penetrated two roofs, as part of a new roof installation. Black Diamond handled all required coordination with my roofing contractor. Black Diamond has performed many repairs/upgrades, both interior and exterior (i.e., interior wall/ceiling repair, exterior wall repair, painting, lawn care/maintenance, etc.). When a requested task is beyond their scope of service, Justin at Black Diamond has provided referrals to qualified/experienced contractors. Black Diamond is always responsive, professional and extremely accommodating to my needs/requests. I am very satisfied with both their competitive pricing and the overall quality of work. I highly recommend Black Diamond for your next project.

We have used Justin and Black Diamond Property Maintenance for the past several years to maintain our property in Bridgton. Justin is incredibly diligent and reliable in every project, whether it is clearing brush, yard work, landscaping, or snowplowing. Being the snowplow director of our association, I have used several companies over the years, and Justin is far and away the best. Since Justin began plowing for us, I don’t receive anymore phone calls with complaints!!! In addition to doing a great job, his pricing is fair and he always completes a project completely in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Black Diamond Property Maintenance.

I have been working with Justin at Black Diamond for about a year now, he has done both fall and spring cleanups as well as installed a wire fence around our backyard. Absolutely great to work with him and his crew, super punctual, professional, very fair pricing and incredibly thorough. I have Black Diamond do my snow removal at a second home and it is always done when I get there no matter when the storm hits I can rely on them to make sure my property is accessible. Justin is a very thorough and professional person/ company to deal with and I would use him on any project on my property as well as recommend him if anyone needs work done. Glad they are in our area.

We had an issue with a beaver taking down a few trees in our yard. One the beaver started which if finished it would have come down on our house. We truly appreciate his quick response and did a great job. Thanks a million Justin.

From the time we contacted Justin at BDPM, he was prompt, courteous, and professional. We had them remove leaves, old firewood and general yard debris. They were here promptly at 8 am on the day they scheduled and worked very hard at completing our tasks all for a fair price. I would highly recommend Black Diamond Property Maintenance and would not hesitate to hire them again. They did similar maintenance on my son’s property with likewise results. Very pleased!!

Justin and his team are not only incredibly responsive, the quality of their work and the pride they take in getting the job done right is unparalleled in the region. We initially used Black Diamond to help rehab the exterior of our property. We were so satisfied with the job that we have continued working with them for nearly every aspect of our property (replacing sliders & doors, refinishing floors, fixing cabinets, landscaping, painting, woodwork, the list goes on). I had Justin build some decks and do some general clean up on my property and it came out fantastic. Showed up on time and was very thorough.
Justin always arrives early and sometimes twice in one day to keep driveways clear and does the pull off for oil delivery and the mailbox across the street! His work ethic is beyond reproach and he does an amazing job! This is the best maintenance company I have used for my properties. The Black diamond crew was professional and their work was better than what I was expecting. If I could give 10 stars I would. This is my maintenance company for now on.

Black Diamond completely transformed my front yard this year. The crew was professional, on time, and clearly cared about the details—everything from cleanup to the final touches.
